D’ART BOUGIE ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://artbougie.com/) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations for our service mutually.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 5 days, excluding the weekend and holidays
3.2 Transit time internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you choose your courier at the checkout.
3.4 Change Of Delivery Address
Orders placed before 05 PM will be dispatched the same day; otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse is closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.5 Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
3.5 P.O. Box Shipping
D’ART BOUGIE will ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
3.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
3.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
3.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
5. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
6. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
6.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country
7. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.
8. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

We have a 3-day return policy if you have received any defective item, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The refund Policy is only applicable if you received a defective item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at dartbougie@artbougie.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-days cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please know that Shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost will be deducted if you receive a refund. You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Required Details For To Process Refund:
Full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the invoice that arrives with your order, and details of the items you wish to return. A picture of the damaged item or send the damaged item back to us before any exchange. And the bag needs to be in mint condition and packed in dust covers.
